Big Funding Boost for PHARMAC

Earlier this week the government announced a major boost in funding for Pharmac. This is a fantastic step in the right direction for many people desperate for treatment. However, it will only clear about a third of Pharmac's options for investment list, and the fear is that the 13 drugs on that list which are specifically for rare disorders (2 are for Fabry's Disease) will not be funded. We'll continue to watch this closely, and advocate with Pharmac on behalf of the Fabry community.
